i. One-time installation for Samsung CE products. Services will take place as set forth in this document (the “Service Scope”) at Customer’s location, as identified on the invoice.
ii. This Service is provided by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). The Service transaction is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) is only hosting this site for this Service to connect SDS and Customer. Customer acknowledge that Samsung is not itself a service provider for the Service stated herein.
iii. By purchasing these Services from SDS, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this terms and conditions stated herein.
Monday to Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday: 10am -2pm; excluding Sunday and Public Holidays
Service Area: West Malaysia (selected postcodes), except for Kelantan. Please check here.
For Apartment/Condo: Subjected to the respective Building Management’s approval.
i. The installation service must be completed on the same day. If for whatever reason the Customer requires further installation after basic installation is completed, arrangements should be made with the installer and a separate fee may be charged for the further installation.
ii. The installation service (and delivery) must be completed within 7 working days (Klang Valley only) or within 10 working days (all other locations) from order acknowledgement date. Samsung reserves the rights to cancel the customer’s order if the installation cannot be completed within the stipulated days.
i. Within two (2) business days of ordering your Service, you will be contacted by SDS’s appointed installer to schedule an agreed date for the installation service and delivery of the item to your home.
ii. If you require any add-on services on top of the installation package paid, please arrange with installer upon booking. Add-on services will be paid by Customer to installer directly.
iii. Items purchased under the same order that do not require installation service will be delivered separately through courier and will follow the usual shipping terms and conditions.
iv. Installation service cannot be requested after confirmation of only normal delivery service. Any request for and provision of installation (including any fees thereon), will strictly be between the installer and the customer.
Re-Scheduling will not be permitted once the installer has successfully scheduled an appointment
i. Cancellation of the service and order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed by SDS MY.
In the event where the installer is unable to complete the Service for reasons unrelated to the installer, RM100 admin fee will be deducted from refund of each service fee(s).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products are able to fit into the designated area before purchasing. In the event that the products cannot fit, service and order cancellation will not be permitted.
Once the product packaging has been opened, it will be deemed delivered and accepted by customer. No order cancellations and refunds will be permitted thereafter.
1. AIRCON INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack and verify condition of new Samsung aircon
• Free 10ft Copper Pipe and 15ft Drainage Pipe
• Free Compressor Bracket
• Cabling between indoor unit and outdoor unit
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• Old aircon unit can be taken & disposed by installer
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation

a) In the event customer require additional materials or services to complete the installation, our installers can provide these services at an additional price. Payment will be made by Customer to the installer directly.

2. TV SET UP SERVICE SCOPE
2.1 Subject to the serviceable postcode areas, we offer 2 types of TV installation service:
(a) Basic TV Set-Up; and
(b) Basic TV Set-Up + Wall-Mount Bracket Set Up.
2.2 Basic TV Set Up
(a) Unpack and set up new TV on table top;
(b) Plug TV into power source and verify that TV is functioning;
(c) Connect any new or existing video and/or audio components provided by customer in the same room. This includes connection to WiFi and television provider but excludes mounting speakers on the wall or ceiling;
(d) Connect and group all wires and cables but excludes hiding wires or drilling holes;
(e) General overview and demo of TV functions;
(f) Clean up job area by removing TV packaging; and
(g) Dispose old TV unit, if required.
Note: Any issues related to the installation work must be reported within 24 hours of completion. 60 days workmanship warranty by the installer from date of installation.
2.3 Basic TV Set-Up + Wall-Mount Bracket Set Up.
(a) Basic TV Set-Up as set out in 2.2(a) – (g) above;
(b) Unbox new TV wall-mount bracket;
(c) Mount the wall-mount bracket securely and test the installation to ensure proper functioning.
Note: “Basic TV Set-Up + Wall-Mount Bracket Set Up” is applicable provided the TV purchased from Samsung Online Store comes together with the TV wall mount. Strictly no cancellation of TV wall mount installation service and no refund of installation fee to the customer. Customer is responsible to ensure that the wall is suitable for the installation and provide access to the installation area at the scheduled installation time.

3. WASHING MACHINE INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack, remove shipping bolts and verify condition of Washer
• Set up new Washer at customer’s preferred area and adjust leveling feet
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• With existing water outlet/point: Connect water supply pipes and drain pipes to the washing machine (NO plumber work will be provided)
• Connect power and switch on to test. Ensure no leaks on pipe connections.
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
– Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers

• Change the reversible door (depends on the site condition)
• Connect power and switch on to test.
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
– Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers

• For BESPOKE model(s) only: pairing service & change door direction
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
– Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers

ii. By participating in this Service, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of SDS on every aspect of this Service shall be final and binding.
iii. Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
iv. Samsung shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Service. If there is any dispute between Customer and SDS or the installer, Customer agrees that Samsung is under no obligation to be involved.
v. By participating in this Service, each Customer agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this Service, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
vi. The Customer acknowledges that Samsung and SDS may collect Customer(s) information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the performance of Service. By purchasing the Services, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html. and SDS Privacy Policy.
vii. The Customer will be deemed consented to use their Personal Data in the manner set out in Samsung Privacy Policy and SDS Privacy Policy when using the Service.
viii. These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
